Pci Ven_8086&dev_1c3a Driver Download Windows 10

At this point, the device 'PCI Simple Communications Controller' name changes to 'Unknown Device'. The device properties show the location as PCI bus 0, device 22, function 0. I then installed SP50124, again, approximately 5 minutes, followed by 'Unidentified Device' failure. I had to reimage my computer thanks to a nasty virus and I am still missing one driver. It id a Dell Latitude E5440 Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit PCI Card ID: PCI VEN8086&DEV9C3A Under compatible ID's this is the list: PCI VEN8086&DEV9C3A&REV04 PCI VEN8086&DEV9C3A PCI VEN8086&CC078000 PCI VEN8086&CC0780 PCI VEN8086 PCI CC078000 PCI CC0780 Anyone have the driver I need? I got a warning saying that the drivers I was about to install were older than the ones already had. So I chose NOT to install them. Then, I went to the device manager, right clicked the PCI Serial Port, then chose update driver. I browsed to the new folder and and Windows 10.

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post- I'm at a dead end and cannot figure this out.
SYSTEM
- ROG Strix z490-E Gaming
- i7 10700k
- Gigabyte RTX 2080 Super (Gaming OC)
I recently swapped my motherboard from a MSI z490 board to the ASUS ROG Strix z490-e Gaming, Everything works fine- yet after swapping two unknown PCI Devices appeared.
I've double checked all Asus BIOS/Drivers/everything is up to date. I did figure out SOME things about these mystery PCI Devices but cannot resolve the issue- crying uncle and asking for help.

- Both of the 'PCI Device' displayed have identical Hardware IDs

The only EXACT Match I could find was on a random website in foreign language where someone was listing system specs. No idea if accurate but shows as:
- Intel(R) LPSS: I2C Controller #0 - 06E8
If I do a more board search of '8086&DEV_06E9' it appears this is an Intel Driver.
- Intel(R) Serial IO I2C Host Controller
I cannot seem to find an exact match for this driver from Intel - only things with a similar name from 2015. I did find some matches but from 3rd party sites I'd rather avoid.

I tried anything I could find from Intel and nothing has fixed the issue. Still see these two PCI Devices. Am hoping someone here has the same issue and can help!
